No. This uses my starter theme, but it’s fully customised to your brand: your colours, your fonts, your layout preferences and your content. The goal is something that looks designed for you.
Yes, as long as feedback comes back promptly at each stage. Delays on your end push the delivery date back accordingly, since the timeline depends on both of us moving at pace.
Not as standard. You’ll get copy structure and prompts to write with direction, and if you’re not ready, I’ll draft placeholder copy from your onboarding information so it doesn’t hold up the build.
Yes. The site is handed over in a way that means you can update and add to it yourself. Blog setup is available as an add-on. If you need additional pages or other functionality (such as a portfolio gallery, e-commerce or a membership area), that’s a custom build conversation. Get in touch about a Signature Site.
We agree the design direction before the build starts, so there are no surprises. The review is where you flag anything that needs adjusting before we go live.
Additional rounds are £150 for minor to moderate changes. Anything involving substantial rework, like restructuring a page, is quoted separately.
No, and I’d be cautious of anyone who promises that. A well-built site removes the friction that stops people enquiring, unclear navigation, no clear next step, a site that doesn’t reflect your work, but enquiries also depend on your offer, your pricing and how you follow up. What I can guarantee is a properly built, professional site that gives you the best possible foundation to convert on.
Once the brief’s confirmed and work begins, I’m not able to offer a refund, design and development time is committed from that point. The homepage approval step exists so you’re not committing to a full build before you’ve seen and agreed the direction.
This uses my starter theme and is customised to your brand. The Signature Site is built entirely from scratch to your exact brief, with a longer timeline and a higher investment. If you’re an established business ready for a fully bespoke build, that’s the right one.
A separate Maintenance and Support Retainer covers ongoing updates and support beyond that window, so you’re never stuck without help if something comes up later.
